Wie schon gesagt musst du erst etwas in den HTML-Code einfügen, damit du ihn formatieren kannst. Siehe mein voriger Post, in dem ich schon geschrieben hatte, dass du das z.B. mit einem Div-Container machen kannst.

Von welcher Seite stammt der Screenshot? Wie schon gesagt, du kannst nichts formatieren was nicht da ist. CSS referenziert immer einen HTML-Code.

Ich kann nur nochmal wiederholen: Du kannst per CSS nur Sachen formatieren, die es auch im HTML-Code gibt.
