1. Unzip the entire archive to an easily accessible location such as your desktop.
2. Connect to your site through FTP.
3. Upload the included "Glass Blue" folder to your forum "images" directory, thereby
creating a new "Glass Blue" folder inside your "images" folder.
4. Login to your admin cp and navigate to the "Import Theme" page.
5. Import the unzipped Glass_Blue.xml file.
