Der Fehler besagt, dass die Funktion is_banned_ip() nicht definiert ist, diese steckt in der Datei inc/functions.php. Lade die Datei bitte neu hoch.

Bei dir wurden nicht alle Dateien übertragen. Lade die neuen Dateien nochmal hoch und achte darauf, dass wirklich alle Dateien übertragen werden.

ich habe den ordner Install nicht gelöscht darumg ing es nicht ....
