gibt es eine funktion, das Registrierte User erst das Attached File downloaden können, wenn es ein Admin frei gegeben hat?

Admin-CP -> Foren verwalten -> *Forum* -> Bearbeiten -> Moderation von neuen Attachments? -> Ja
