besteht die Möglichkeit, dass ich eine Gruppe als Gruppenleiter einer anderen Gruppe eintrage?

Soweit ich weis, nein. Es können nur User als Gruppenleiter gewählt werden und keine Gruppe als Gruppenleiter.
