Hallo,
Gäste dürfen bei uns nichts downloaden, doch nun möchte ich in einem Thema bzw. Forum dies zulassen. Wie kann man dies realisieren?

Die Rechte für Attachments können für jedes einzelne Forum eingestellt werden.
