To add the ladybug as your 'user stars' simply upload the 'Ladybug.png' to your Images > Ranks folder.

Then go to AdminCP > Users & Groups > Groups >
Then go to the group you wish to edit and put the number of ladybugs you want to show for that group. 
Then in the 'star Image' box, put > images/ranks/Ladybug.png

And there you have it, some nice looking ladybug group ranks!
