Ich vermute mal in den Foreneinstellungen.

Also ich meine die Option um diese Default Message zu konfigurieren.
Im Admin CP finde ich es jedenfalls nicht!

Wenn aktiviert, findest Du diese im ACP unter der Rubrik "Konfiguration".
