Wo stelle ich noch mal ein, mit welcher Mail der Aktivierungslink für die Aktivierung des Forenaccounts verschickt wird?

Da wird die Standard Board-Mailadresse, welche du im Admin-CP angegeben hast verwendet...
Im Admin-CP unter Konfiguration > Seiten-Details findest du die Einstellung.
