Das ist auch keine Datei, sondern ein Template. Templates speichert das MyBB in der Datenbank.

Geh ins ACP -> Themes & Templates -> Templates -> *Dein Style* -> Mitglieder Templates -> member_profile
Edit: Da war wohl wer schneller...
