Language support provided (English included) and PM notice includes the quoted user's name, the post author's name, and a link to the post/thread the user is quoted in.

Also, the quoted user's notice is in their selected language if it is different than the board default when you provide the translation, otherwise it defaults to English.

Only the first level of quote is supported, thus users in nested quotes are not notified.
