You (the Admin) can also specify wether non-admins can make pages, and if
so, how many they can make. And if you one of those cautious people, you
can make all new custom pages require your validation before becoming
accessable so you can scan them for illegal activity/content.

This plugin is multi functional. Although complete support for it isn't in
place in this version, it can easily be converted into a tutorial, blog, or
semi-CMS for you forum depending on what settings you have set in the Admin
CP.
