Habe jetzt einen eigenen Testblock erstellt
Folgender Code ist in dem Block enthalten:

</table>Wieso wird dieser Block nun nicht angezeigt, wenn ich die Berechtigungen und alles setze? Oder besser wo wird das angezeigt? Kann ich das irgendwie in der integrierten portal.php einsetzen oder benötige ich das myportal?

Es wird auf allen Seiten angezeigt. (an der Position, die du eingestellt hast)

bei mir wird es nauch nicht gezeigt, ich habe als header eingestellt aber im hader gibts nix...

Hast du MyBB 1.0x/1.1x? Für MyBB 1.2.x arbeite ich noch an einer Version.
Hast du das schon probiert?
Vielleicht kannst du auch einen Link. Dann kann ich schauen, an was es liegt.

Bei mybboard.de hast du doch auch schon Tipps bekommen. Meiner ist gleich. Das html, body-Zeug muss weg. Der Code sollte so funktionieren:
