Die Links aus den Threads öffnen sich von alleine in einem neuen Tab, wie NetHunter schon schrieb.
Solltest Du jetzt z.B die Toplinks meinen, musst Du das definieren:
Beispiel:
<a href="https://www.mybb.de/forum/thread-16213.html" target="_blank">Thema</a>

Ich meine man kann ja ein "Forum" als Link machen. Und das soll in einem neuen Tab geöffnet werden
