Stimmt der angegebene Pfad denn mit deiner Ordnerstruktur auf dem Server überein?

http://toby01.to.funpic.de/content/forum/news.php
die seite heist main.php und liegt im
http://toby01.to.funpic.de/main.php

Der Code der news.php muss eigentlich in deine Datei eingefügt werden. Die Pfad-Einstellung musst du dabei anpassen.
