Ich denke nicht, aber überall, wo man irgendwelche Zeit-Funktionen benutzt, kommt der Fehler. Ich hatte schon bei mehreren System diese Meldung.

Jup weil man die Timezone einstellen muss. Könnte man sowas nicht bei der Installation angeben?
Stell die mal vor du hostest 2 verschiedene Seiten die in einer anderen Zeitzone liegen.
Auch wenn das mehr oder weniger selten vorkommt, es passiert trotzdem und dann ärgert man sich das es sich nicht einstellen lässt.

Dem MyBB ist die System-Zeitzone total egal.
Notfalls gibt es ja die besagte Funktion.
