Das steht in der readme der neuen Version.
Zum Umzug: Suche bei https://www.mybb.de/forum nach "Umzug". Da wurden schon viele Fragen beantwortet.

Das klappt bei mir immer nochnicht. Da steht immer wenn ich auf Warn! klicke in einem Kleinen Fenster:
Direct initialization of this file is not allowed.

Please make sure IN_MYBB is defined.

4. Follow the Installation steps below.

Installation:

1. Extract all files to a specific folder on your hard drive.
   
2. Upload fws.php to your forum root directory.
   
3. Upload admin/fws.php to your forum root/admin directory.
   
4. Upload images/fws_warnbar.png to your forum root/images directory.
   
5. Upload images/english/postbit_fws.gif to your forum root/images/english directory. (YOU MUST DO THIS!)
   
6. Upload any other images/<language>/postbit_fws.gif to your forum root/images/<language> directory.
   
7. Upload inc/plugins/fws.php to your forum root/inc/plugins directory.
   
8. Upload inc/languages/english/fws.lang.php to your forum root/inc/languages/english directory. (YOU MUST DO THIS!)
   
9. Upload any other inc/languages/<language>/fws.lang.php to your forum root/inc/languages/<language> directory.
   
10. Upload inc/languages/english/admin/fws.lang.php to your forum root/inc/languages/english/admin directory. (YOU MUST DO THIS!)
    
11. Upload any other inc/languages/<language>/admin/fws.lang.php to your forum root/inc/languages/<language>/admin directory.
    
12. Go to your AdminCP and browse to Board Settings >> Plugin Manager.
    
13. Activate Forum Warning System.
    
14. Refresh the left navigation bar in the AdminCP.
    
15. (OPTIONAL) Browse to Board Settings >> Change >> Forum Warning System Settings and change the settings to your likings.
    
16. You're done, enjoy this plugin.
