kam ne Fehlermeldung, habs ja wieder Rückgängig gemacht und dann ging wieder alles. Mir wäre schon mit der Reihenfolge geholfen...so könnt ihr mir helfen

hm, ok dann versuche ich es nochmal und schrei die Fehlermeldung auf 
ok Fehler nachgestellt - und Fehler auch selbst behoben...stand noch im Quelltext "replace with"
Ok jetzt hab ich es aktiviert, und komme aufs forum und wenn ich mit Maus über themen gehe kommen auch die neuen namen, aber man kann sie net öffnen:

Deine Regeln in der .htaccess stimmen nicht. Wenn du das Plugin und alle gewünschten Optionen aktiviert hast, schaue im Admin CP unter Plugins nach. Da sollte stehen, wie die .htaccess aussehen sollte. Korrigiere die fehlerhaften Zeilen.

Das habe ich ja geschrieben, das Plugin sagt alles ok,da wurden 1-2 Dinge genannt, die habe ich eingetragen und nun steht dort nur noch
404, Meta, Redirect, Sitemap and URL are enabled.

Hast du die Regeln der .htaccess aus dem Google SEO Archiv so übernommen? In deinem Fall musst du die Regeln etwas ändern und das MyBB/ entfernen.

zumindest das zweite errordocument muss raus
und die RewriteRules vom Spicefuse SEO sollten wieder rein (unter die Google SEO Sachen), jedenfalls wenn du möchtest, daß Google SEO die alten Spicefuse SEO URLs auf die neuen umleitet.

ok, hab jetzt alles was an rewrite rules in der alten htaccess stand, da mit rein kopiert, ausserdem hab ich das 2.

Jetzt kommt was von schleife, oder Seite kann nicht aufgerufen werden, weil sie nicht beendet werden kann. ich schmeiße mal noch gleich meine htaccess mit ran.

Das ist deine Schleife. Vermutlich war das mal eine Umleitung von fremden Domains auf deine eigene, dazu fehlt hier aber ein passendes RewriteCond.
Die MyBB SEF Regeln hast doppelt drin, das Doppelte kann und sollte raus, die Spicefuse SEO Regeln seh ich da nicht.
