- Replaces the links in every thread on your forum with a link to your SafeLink page instead (unless the URL for that link is on the excluded list)

- Supports excluding URLs to be filtered (ie: links on your site won't be filtered)

- Supports excluding usergroups and forums to be filtered (ie: users in usergroup X will just go straight to every URL instead of being sent to safelink.php first)
